Spannerworks wins Revolution Award for search

Search-based digital marketing agency Spannerworks, scooped the prize for ‘Best use of Search’ at the prestigious Revolution Awards on Friday night, following its outstanding search campaign for baby product supplier Kiddicare.

The award acknowledged the power of search as a single marketing channel. With no other marketing support, Spannerworks used both paid and natural search strategies to help Kiddicare become the UK’s number one online supplier of baby products.

The campaign secured top rankings for Kiddicare in Google, as well as saturation of its key search terms at every stage of the buying cycle. The increased sales and lower cost-per-click that it delivered made Kiddicare over £5.2 million in revenue.
