HTTP Viewer
Use this tool to view exactly what a search engine spider sees when it crawls a page on your site - including error codes, server-side redirects and meta-refreshes. A possible use is to identify redirection problems with your site. You can also point the tool at your competition to check if they are doing anything sneaky behind the scenes.
How to use the HTTP Viewer:
The tool displays the HTTP code received by your browser. Enter the URL of the page you wish to examine. You may optionally spoof the user-agent string by selecting one from the drop-down list, or enter your own (this is the information about who you are that is passed to the server every time you request a page).
Header information is shown for each page, followed by the source code of the final destination page. The tool will follow server-side redirects.
