What's been the best part of 2007?

It’s been a busy year for Content & Media, and consequently there have been a hell of a lot of highlights.

Personally one of my biggest is going to New York to meet up with the social media team at our parent company iCrossing. Sharing our experience and thoughts with them and developing the our social spaces programme even further. I think as well doing some of the work with clients and building a social spaces frameworks, bringing together the thinking and theory into a structured format is really exciting. Generally, seeing the Content & Media team grow, and building an amazing team of bright and passionate people.

What interests you for the year ahead?

Web analytics is an area that is completely underused by business at the moment. I think people are measuring a lot of data, but actually getting little meaning from it, and therefore changing very little about their business as a result. This is something we’re developing and making more of in Content & Media. I am looking forward to working with the Performance Insight and User Experience team on this as well.What's on your Christmas wish list?It’s the box set of series four of ‘The Wire’, a US cops and robbers series. It’s not out here yet but I have organised for a colleague who is visiting America to get it for me, so really it's a present to myself.
