Recruitment Strategist

iCrossing requires a confident Recruitment Strategist. You will be responsible for the company’s resourcing and recruitment strategy and its implementation. You will be responsible for resourcing and recruiting one of the most talented and innovative teams in digital marketing. Supporting team managers, you will drive the company’s growth by identifying and recruiting the best talent from outside and from within the industry.
You will be the company’s main point of contact for all candidates and will provide a dedicated service co-ordinating recruitment at all levels. You will work with recruitment agencies and others to attract the highest calibre applicants and subsequently to provide team managers and directors with advice and support during the selection and induction process.
Skills, knowledge and experience required
· Experience of managing the recruitment function within a similar size organization or agency
· Ability to maintain trust and confidentiality
· Strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email and presentation
· Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
· A positive attitude to dealing with people
· An ability to work at a consistently high level of accuracy with acute attention to detail
· Ability to cope with competing demands and to effectively prioritise tasks
· Strong listening and questioning skills
· Excellent organisation and time management skills
· Capable of working independently and as part of the team
· Ability to match potential candidates to the right iCrossing jobs
· Ability to generate incoming job applications
· Administration and co-ordination skills
· Understand the company’s recruitment needs
· Some HTML skills would be an advantage
· Ability to keep and maintain confidential information, client information and internal products
