Account Director

iCrossing requires an Account Director to support the client services director in working towards the company's business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid and natural search strategies in order to grow business and proactively develop our portfolio of clients. You will be a commercial thinker with bags of energy to spearhead iCrossing's search services and will be responsible for the development of a team of account managers and executives.  

To be successful you will possess a full understanding of the current search marketing market as well as related emerging technologies and online media opportunities.
