Paid Search Manager

iCrossing seeks an enthusiastic and confident individual with a good understanding of the online marketing industry to help run our award-winning paid search team. You should possess proven online paid search experience, commercial acumen, the ability to learn and understand quickly and lead a team of exceptional individuals.
Main Duties
· You’ll work on campaigns like this
· You will be an example of excellence in one of the world’s leading digital marketing agencies
· You will share your knowledge through our company blog
· Project manage the Paid Search campaign set ups in search engines including Google, Bing and Yahoo!
· Own supplier relationships and ensure delivery
· Support the Paid Search Analysts to follow and develop company procedures
· Assist with the training of Paid Search Analysts on trading duties
· Work with the Paid Search Analysts to maximise campaigns and over achieve expectations
· Develop solutions for internal and external client issues
· Work closely with the team to project manage the implementation of tools and emerging channels across the client base
· Be proactive and assist with the development of strategic project plans on all campaigns
· Own and develop accounts as specified by the Account Director to exceed client expectations and KPIs
· Trade and audit campaigns daily to explore all bidding opportunities responding to seasonal market and competitor fluctuations and modifying campaigns accordingly
· Follow and develop procedures that portray the company’s values
· Work with Natural Search Analysts to establish joint strategies across the campaigns
· Assist the account management team to help develop strategies across the client’s marketing activity
· Implement and test tracking solutions to report on and optimise campaign performance
· Liaising and building relationships with internal clients and suppliers
· Attend campaign status meetings with clients and media owners as required
· Work with the research and insight team to prepare forecasts and develop up-sell opportunities
· Identify new business opportunities
Skills, knowledge and experience required
· Experience of assisting the management of excellent client relationships through achieving KPI’s targets
· Excellent knowledge of search at strategic level
· Thorough knowledge of Excel and formula writing
· Understanding the importance of establishing a strong campaign strategy
· Understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate/accessible and organised documentation within relevant timeframes
· Excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative
· Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
· Ability to compose professionally constructed documents using MS Office
· Ability to use MS Windows operating system and tracking tools to support their role
Skills, knowledge and experience Desired
· Proven experience of paid search marketing
· Ability to effectively communicate daily on campaign performance
· Ability to analyse results, identify and give reason for variance from goals
· Ability to work autonomously to achieve and deliver in excess of targets
