iCrossing requires a Natural Search Analyst to undertake all technical aspects of a search engine marketing campaign. While this is primarily a technical role requiring a high level of technical ability, suitable candidates are expected to have an extremely high standard of written and verbal communication and an appreciation of online marketing.
