You will need to show real commitment, honesty, energy, a creative and positive approach to problem solving, excellent numeracy skills and a passion, but not necessarily for search at this stage.

As search is a broad discipline we need people with all sorts of skill sets to work together to create solutions that continue to push this whole industry forward. Whether you’re a techy, a marketer, a content creator, or simply a people person, you will join us as an Analyst for two or possibly three of our product divisions, Paid Search, Natural Search and Content & Media, while discovering what your talents are and which role is right for you.

From your first day and onward you will be fully trained in our products ranges, search engine tools and technicalities, accounts’ management processes and marketing strategies.

You will never be alone. Our Knowledge Specialists will offer you regular in-house products learning opportunities. Your manager and colleagues will offer you practical coaching and activities to bring out the best in you in a real business environment. Because excellent work requires practice, you will be encouraged to use your own initiative, take calculated risks, learn from your mistakes and always have a say in the company’s business decisions.
