Paid Search Analyst

iCrossing seeks an enthusiastic and confident individual with an excellent understanding of paid search to help run our growing search engine marketing business. You should possess a passion for digital marketing, a desire to learn and the ambition to succeed in what can be a high-pressure environment.

Main Duties:

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

·  A deep knowledge of online advertising platforms – Google Adwords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Microsoft AdCenter & Facebook Marketplace
·  Agency or blue chip client experience required
·  Experience of managing large paid search budgets
·  A knowledge of third party bid management & tracking software
·  You should have a creative approach to problem solving
·  An excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential
·  The ability to push boundaries
·  Ability to analyse results, identify and give reason for variance from goal
·  You must understand the importance of working to tight deadlines
·  Understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate/accessible and organised documentation within relevant timeframes is also essential
·  Excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative
·  Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures
·  Excellent telephone manner and communication skill
·  Use MS Office to a professional standard
·  Ability to keep and maintain confidential information, client information and internal products
