“I have been deeply involved in the revolution in media since 1992 when I helped establish the U.K.'s first walk-in Apple Mac design studio in London. I saw that the phenomenal growth of the Internet would lead to search becoming the natural gateway for consumers and set about finding a group of passionate marketers and techies who shared the same view.”

Arjo Ghosh is chairman, iCrossing U.K. Ghosh founded search marketing agency pioneers, Spannerworks, in 1997, which was acquired by iCrossing in 2007. Ghosh led this integration and used his company's technical strength to develop search marketing strategies for major brands including GSK, HBOS, Virgin, Woolworths and Standard Life. Driven by the evolution of search and social platforms he sees a media revolution in full swing, with devastating implications for those organisations who fail to engage with today’s savvy, connected and engaged population. This is why iCrossing has pioneered the integration of social media tools into its search and wider digital marketing strategies. As chairman, Ghosh is focused on overall company strategy and driving new opportunities in Europe. Ghosh is a founder member of WiredSussex, is an Independent Member of Council at the University of Sussex, and lives with his wife and family in Brighton.
