Madeleine joined iCrossing in 2001 and has been responsible for growing the business significantly through acquiring new clients such as TUI Travel, Cheapflights, Regus, Nectar, the Allianz Group, the Virgin group and Turner Broadcasting Europe.
Madeleine is responsible for growing iCrossing’s UK client base and has been pivotal to designing and growing iCrossing’s multi-lingual/international offering. She sees the need for global governance and localisation of search and social media strategies as essential for international brands. For the past three years Madeleine has also led our offering for travel brands; attending the main travel conferences globally to stay close to international travel marketing trends.
Madeleine is a regular speaker at industry events, including the NMA Online Marketing Show, Netimperative, Eyefortravel, ABTA, TTI and Travolution.
Madeleine has a BSc in Psychology, focusing on the impact of Marketing and Advertising on perception and memory systems, and an MBA from the University of Brighton.&nb
