We are committed to improving our environmental performance as an agency and have chosen to partner with SME Climate Hub to support us in achieving our commitment to reduce our agency's emissions and become Net Zero.


Diversity & Belonging

We’re dedicated to cultivating our culture of belonging. We have a Diversity & Belonging Working Group made up of representatives from across the organisation at all levels. Members of this group are D&B ambassadors and help to create an annual action plan to ensure we are always striving to be a more inclusive organisation.

Currently those from an ethnic minority background are underrepresented at iCrossing and we are keen to broaden our socio-economic diversity. We therefore encourage applicants from Black, Asian, ethnic minority and all socio-economic backgrounds.

Charity partners

We are passionate about what we do, but we love supporting those in our wider communities too.

Everyone at iCrossing gets 5 paid days per year to support a charity of their choice through volunteering.

We are pleased to support YMCA Downslink, (YMCA DLG) a charity that supports vulnerable young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness in Sussex and Surrey. As well as fundraising, our channel specialists support with their digital expertise to boost the impact of the charity’s work online.

In addition to our ongoing commitment to support YMCA DLG, we also raise money for other charities including Macmillan, Oxfam and Stars Trust.

At iCrossing we recognise that the office environment is a key part of the people experience and we are proud of our fabulous office locations in Brighton, London & Cardiff.



Our stylish HQ is situated in the heart of Brighton, a short 10-minute walk from Brighton Central train station. A stone’s throw from the beach and nestled in the Lanes, we could not ask for a better location.

Our modern, open plan office includes a lovely kitchen, the all-important coffee machine, and a sunny roof terrace for those hazy summer days. The team also have access to a multi-faith room and inclusive toilet facilities.


The House of Hearst at 30 Panton Street overlooks the iconic Leicester Square and is an exceptional central London location. Right in the heart of the West End, we are perfectly placed for a thriving, growing digital agency.

With a wellness room, multifaith room, inclusive toilets, a library, and the ‘social hangout’ - complete with drinks fridges and an espresso machine, it has all the home comforts, whilst providing everything you need for an inclusive and collaborative working environment.


Our Cardiff office is located at Tramshed Tech which has been the go-to hub for tech, digital and creative industries since 2016. Making it a destination for our team to enjoy, there is an on-site café and we host regular socials with other businesses in the building. For those wishing to cycle to work, there is also a safe bike shed.

Located a short distance from Cardiff Central train station and the Principality Stadium, it is the perfect hub for our friendly, expanding team.

All our offices are wheelchair accessible.
