iCrossing is passionate about its people. Growth can’t happen without people to lead the way, and we are obsessed with making sure we have the skills, expertise and support to stay ahead of the curve.
We are committed to nurturing a culture where everyone can grow, excel and achieve a step change in their career.
Step up – Equipping you with industry-leading skills and experience to stand out from the crowd
Step forward – Allowing you to focus your energy on creating your best work by removing any hurdles in the way
Step together – Building a sustainable environment with a culture of belonging, celebration, empathy and kindness
We are all about balance and do everything we can to make sure everyone has flexibility and is supported by a generous benefits package. This includes Flex 10, our unique everyday flexible working scheme, Together Time, wellbeing allowance and a healthcare cash plan, just to name a few.
We’re proud of the benefits we offer to all iCrossers. We've got you covered – whether you're after flexibility and time with your loved ones, wellbeing support or a fantastic nursery scheme for your little ones.
We acknowledge our responsibility to minimise the environmental impact of our business operations and to continuously improve our sustainability and environmental performance.
We are committed to improving our environmental performance as an agency and have chosen to partner with SME Climate Hub to support us in achieving our commitment to reduce our agency's emissions and become Net Zero.
We’re dedicated to cultivating our culture of belonging. We have a Diversity & Belonging Working Group made up of representatives from across the organisation at all levels. Members of this group are D&B ambassadors and help to create an annual action plan to ensure we are always striving to be a more inclusive organisation.
Currently those from an ethnic minority background are underrepresented at iCrossing and we are keen to broaden our socio-economic diversity. We therefore encourage applicants from Black, Asian, ethnic minority and all socio-economic backgrounds.
iCrossing is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer. All disabled applicants who meet the minimum requirements of the job as set out in the job description and person specification will be guaranteed an interview if requesting to be considered under this scheme. We ask all candidates if there’s anything we can do to make our interview process or working environment more inclusive and to meet their needs, to please let us know.
Everything we do is underpinned by values that help us attract people we love working with.
Moreover, we are ambitious, brave and collaborative at every point along the way – both for our people and our clients. This helps us attract people who we love working with.
Ambitious – We inspire excellence in each other, continually raising the bar to achieve the very best for our people and clients.
Brave – We're not afraid to challenge assumptions and push boundaries. We’re open, transparent and accountable in everything we do.
Collaborative – We're in this together. We recognise and celebrate our collective power and expertise to produce industry-leading work and a culture we're proud of.
Sounds like somewhere you want to be? Then we’d love to hear from you!
We are passionate about what we do, but we love supporting those in our wider communities too.
Everyone at iCrossing gets 5 paid days per year to support a charity of their choice through volunteering.
We are pleased to support YMCA Downslink, (YMCA DLG) a charity that supports vulnerable young people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness in Sussex and Surrey. As well as fundraising, our channel specialists support with their digital expertise to boost the impact of the charity’s work online.
